I am not a great cook, so I rarely try out new recipes, but a few nights ago I finally got around to testing a recipe from Susan Spicer's cookbook, Crescent City Cooking, and really enjoyed it.
When Susan was in the store signing the book several months back she suggested I try the Turkey Picatta first, I did and it was delicious. Not only was the recipes delicious, but it was also pretty easy to do and if I can do it anybody can do it. So Thank you, Susan
