The Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale hosts a Brown bag Lunch Series on the third Friday of each month at 12:15 p.m. at the old Greyhound Bus Station. The Brown Bag Lunch Lecture Series at the Greyhound Bus Station is made possible by a grant to the Delta Blues Museum from the Mississippi Humanities Council. This Friday, June 15 at 12.15 Luther Brown will give a talk entitled, "The River: An Icon for the History and Culture of the Mississippi Delta." Brown is the director of the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University. Bring a lunch and join the fun.
